Return Shipping Cost: We cover return shipping for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

- If applicable, include clear photos or a short video showing any damage or defect.
- Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know in your return request.
